Microsoft Office for iPad 2?

I just purchased an iPad 2 and got the iPad keyboard dock. I would like to use it for school. I was wondering about Microsoft Office apps. I have browsed through the app store and I wasn’t to sure about the best choice, as I am more interested in actually typing essays up on it and not just making quick touch ups to files already finished.

Apples version of Microsoft office is the iWork suite. I use my iPad for school work, and I also have a Bluetooth keyboard. The equivalent of Microsoft Word is pages. It is very similar to Microsoft word. It allows you to type, save, and print documents. It is $10 in the AppStore. There is also keynote and numbers which are the equivalent of PowerPoint and excel. Hope this is what you are looking for. They are all $10 each.
